I'm Dr. Rick Douglass, PT, Chief Clinical Officer at FYZICAL, where I oversee our 60 company clinics and lead our dedicated Education Team. Having been a private practice owner for over 13 years and an early FYZICAL franchisee, I've experienced firsthand the power of ongoing learning and development in this field.

My clinical background includes specializing in orthopedic and spine dysfunction, and I'm an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). I'm also actively involved with the American Physical Therapy Association as the Director of Practice for the Florida Chapter.
